A bit of information about me:

• I am a Senior Web Analyst at Dell Global Consumer Online where I manage strategic analytics programs to optimize conversion and improve customer experience.
• I was elected to Board of Director of Web Analytics Association in May 2009. My passion is to help WAA to achieve its vision-”The leading authority of excellence in digital marketing measurement.”
• I am currently living in Austin, Texas with my wife and two kids, a daughter and a son.
• I went to Peking University for undergraduate and University of Michigan for business school.
• I used to be a serious mountaineer when I was in college with a record of 24,700 ft
